This page layout is based off of the Ruthsarian Skidoo Layout. All compliments should be routed to the skidoo-master.

You'll note the colours didn't change from the template to the end result..I blame it all on the template using colours I love!

What weighty tome rests on your night-table?

To say that I'm an avid reader would be the understatement of the century. I've been lagging behind in my usual standards for reading lately. Normally I read 2 - 3 books per week but I've been spending a lot of time reading papers relating to context and constructivisim in Adult Education lately. They're often shorter and less likely to give me a papercut if I fall asleep while reading them on my laptop!

I'm not one for writing book reviews, but as the mood strikes I may comment on a few of my favourites.

Thanks to a horrifically long flight to Manila, I have managed to slog my way through a few books in the past few months that I quite enjoyed:

  • The Alienist - Caleb Carr
  • The Angel of Darkness - Caleb Carr
  • The Historian - Elizabeth Kostova
  • Birdman - Mo Hayder
  • Sahara - Clive Cussler
  • The Ethical Canary - Margaret Somerville
  • State of Fear - Michael Crichton

I'm currently reading The Bourne Supremacy by Robert Ludlum.
